Still NOTHING makes Sense (Part 2)

In continuation with Part 1 of In Middle Of NOwhere.

Shocked by what he just saw, he fainted on the floor. Next morning Sam was ringing the bell of his house, it took him 25minutes to open the door. Sam asked - what's wrong with your head? Is it bleeding? Wait let me get some ice for you... No wait let me first call the doctor. He was in so hurry that instead of dialling doctor's number he dialled of Bob's. Sam was making coffee for Kevin (Bob's father) and when he returned from kitchen with the mug of coffee, he saw Kevin talking with someone in so low volume to make sure no one listens to his whispers, in this situation, Sam, to hear. Sam got scared seeing him and within that moment wanted to go out of his house. Sam thought the best thing in this situation would be to keep quiet and that he should make some noise before entering into the guest room where Kevin was siting so that Kevin did not get to know that Sam saw him talking to someone. Sam went back to the kitchen, waited for sometime and then shouted ''Uncle Kevin how much sugar would you like to have''. Sam repeated the same question thrice but got no response from his side. Finally, like a thief he went towards the guest room area to check what uncle Kevin was doing now. But to his surprise he was not there in the guest room.
Taking Kevin's absence as an opportunity to run outside the house, Sam slowly started moving towards the door to exit, without making any noise. Sam was almost there. He slowly opened the door and start moving outside but to his surprise he saw- Uncle Kevin was sitting in the garden and the moment he saw Sam, he went to him with full surprise and asked how Sam went into the house. Seeing the blank expression on Sam's face he said- I went for a morning walk like usual but when I came back I found my door to be locked from inside. I was knocking at the door from about an hour.

Kevin- I even called Bob to ask if it was him who locked it from inside, as only Bob has the spare keys of house. I was about to call police but then I saw you coming outside. Is Bob with you? Is he okay now? Do you want some coffee Sam?
Sam- No uncle Kevin, I am more than fine. I have to do some urgent work. Please excuse me.
Kevin- Yaa..okay. I hope to see you soon Sam. Take care of Bob.
Sam- Of course. You also take care uncle Kevin.

Sam started running towards his car to leave. He was unable to find the keys. He started looking for it. It was in his pockets, he opened the door and sat to start the car and suddenly someone whispered from back seat of his car "It took you so long to come back Sam, I was about to die here with lack of oxygen''. It was uncle Kevin.
